Without the contrast of what I don’t want I can’t so easily know what I do want. The dark colour below is actually made from combining many colours predominantly red and blue but without the addition of light these remain hidden. The light shade doesn’t contain so much light but just enough to see that there are flaws and disturbances. So it is in our own lives. Often our answers lie protected by our shadow side until we can let in enough light to accept what we can see. Yin and Yang, as you say, finding balance in both. With a smile.
