  1. She is free, she only uses the car to get to her flight sites and like us she uses a restraint to keep her safe. Add to this the fact that she has regular opportunities to fly the Moors of Scotland and never goes hungry and you are looking at one lucky raptor. Falconiers don’t keep birds to shut them up in cages or tie them to posts. They are and remain wild creatures, their handlers work for them and not the other way around!
